Hey there BookFreaks!!

One of our team member come up with this ingenious idea of having buddies read, where you can read Your Choice of book with other members.

What to do?
::
First of all choose the book you want to discuss

then, Create a thread in this folder with books name as topic name..

Now PM the members you wanna discuss this book with..

that's it.. Enjoy Your Favorite Read at your own time with BookFreaks!

Good idea - it gives a bit more variety to "reading together" than the monthly books. The problem with monthly books is that many people seem to stock up on what takes their fancy, and it is hard to fit the monthly read in (Beautiful Creatures is still well down the pile of stuff I want to read, for example). THere is only so much you can read with 1 hour a day reading time.....

☼Marian☼ (mgdc) | 233 comments I enjoyed a lot of books because of buddy reads. Most of the books that I want buddy read are those classics or those that are hard to start with. A little motivation helped a lot. Different perspectives made me see the novel in a new light.

"and Monthly book reads are more of an informative kinda read, so it will vary in genre like fantasy, adventure, Si-Fi, horror, culture, Travel etc.. so as to readers can be outta there comfort zone and read new titles.. :)"

Just what i think.. ^_^

Ebony (poppyy) @Marian If you start up a buddy read, I am in.

@Andy I am glad you like the idea. I thought it would be cool. I personally don't have 'reading friends' in the real world so why not get a goodreads buddy to read with ya?
