All About Animals discussion

At Barbara's very kind invitation I wanted to offer up my story 'A Cat Called Hope' for discussion here. It's a short read, told entirely from the perspective of a cat who encounters a family in trouble.
It's the only animal story I've written (although I do have a sequel in the works) and it's very different from most of my work which is predominantly crime and horror. Elements of those genres do creep in though so it is, I expect, a little darker than most of the stories discussed here.

I will have to get it on my Kindle. I have a hard time reading stuff on my computer.

I'm reading "Pasha" right now on my computer and it's taking longer than it should cause it's harder for me to read.

Like I said to someone else, I will try to get to read our members books here. But, I still have so many in line.

In the meantime, we are still reading the group picks.

I'm working on the sequel at the moment and hope to have that out in the next few weeks.

I just downloaded it, though I don't know when I will actually read it because I only have the Kindle app for my computer and don't like reading on my computer unless I have to. I am planning on getting a Kindle, and hopefully it won't be too much longer before I am able to buy one.
