Discuss the book here!

The question to think about is:

What is more powerful - the written or the spoken word? Give reasons.

Feel free to extend the discussion beyond the questions and simply talk about the book as well :D

The written word is more powerful as the interpretations are endless.

Completely agree.

I believe the written word is more powerful and lasting. The spoken word may be stronger at first, but the written one has a longer effect. The written word is more likely to remain true to form, rather than a game of telephone.
