All About Animals discussion

I thought maybe if members have blogs or websites you could post it here. It would be a way for other members to find it easily.

I have two blogs but I haven't been there in awhile. I'm going to try to start posting again. I will go and post about our group when I get the chance.

The other one I have is http://discoverpa.blogspot.com It's a blog about my area where I live. There are a bunch of bloggers who post a photo-a-day or a theme once a month and post photos. It you ever want to travel then these are good to look at.

My website is: www.mortalrealmwitch.com, which I update a lot, and I also have two other sites, www.jenniferpriester.com and www.ammoonlightcreations coming soon. Some things on my current site will be moving to these new ones, but nothing will move off until the other sites are live and I will post that information when it happens.

This was started as an author blog for my books, but is also about other things as well, but at this time always relates back to books in some way. In the future I plan on doing some book reviews on my blog.
I blog every two weeks on Friday nights, which means my posts are up by Saturday mornings. I love reading books through the eyes of an animal. Although, I'm more of a dog person myself. I love cats, just allergic. So I can't have one. But, I love all animals.

Also discuss the differences in attitudes to dogs in Thailand and the West. The animal stories range from encounters with elephants in a sanctuary in Thailand where I volunteer, to dogs (many chapters), monkeys, water-buffalo,snakes, sea-lions, cats, nurse sharks and many more.

Samuel, Wonderful (at times sad) blog. What happened to these circus elephants was heartbreaking. It reminds me that we have an Elephant Sanctuary right here in Arkansas (US), where several former show elephants have found a caring and carefree home.

I would have added more but had to rescue three snakes from my neighbour's kitchen & garden, before someone killed them. Mildly poisonous red neck keelbacks. Good looking Thai snakes.

That makes at least two of us in the group who are snake fans. When I have a moment free of these 3 new puppies & the five other dogs I am taking care of, I shall post some pics & snake items on this site. Thailand is great for snake spotting.They regularly come into my garden and kitchen. I have trained my grown up dogs to point them out and leave them alone. Hoping they will help teach the puppies to do the same.

Nick and Stewart! LOL I used to wear garter snake pals around my neck when I was a child. You're not alone as snake lovers. All creatures are amazing - not just the cute fuzzy ones. :-)

Thanks for the links. I also have a craft group on Facebook, called...The Crafter's Edge. It's to show off crafts people make, how to, organization, etc. Never put it here since this is an animal, etc. Group. But, guess someone could post some cute animal cards or something to my group, not here of course.

I just started a blog that has pretty much no followers, but it is only a few days old & 3 posts long. It's mainly about books & reading in general. It's called The Ranting Bookworm. It's not all about animals like this is, but there will be a lot of books discussed that have an animal theme since I love animal books along with all the other genres I read. I also have my first author interview coming up the beginning of this coming week with a Mr. Paul G. Day who wrote a lovely childrens book called The Black Fairy & The Dragonfly. I should be posting it somewhere during the week of August the 4th or whenever he finishes answering the million questions I sent him.
