Well on the 5th attempt I got it to work, now waiting for the approval for the main catalogue. E-Pub looks a bit odd to me but it depends on the font size it seems.
It finally got approved, happy happy dance.

I have to wait until the end of April to start on Smashwords...KDP...but from what I'm hearing maybe I should just enjoy it while it lasts.

Now you might be able to answer this Mona, does it keep the same ISBN? I have a link to the book on the site but I am not sure what the ISBN is there?
On B&N they don't use the Smashwords ISBN, they use something called a BNID. It starts with 29 and has 13 digits. You can see it under product details. The Smashwords ISBN is used on Kobo and I think iTunes. For Goodreads you would need to add another edition of your book and put in the BNID for people to go to your book from here. It goes in the ISBN 13 field. I can create the book if you want, if you give me the BNID.
