Alright, so i made a masthead but won't work it zooms in on just a bit of the full mast so u cant see the whole thing anyone have this problem before?

All the time! There aren't a lot of pictures that actually fit the masthead format

So any suggestions? cause i made a mast head that i (think) looks nice but it wont fit

hey sorry I've been away from the computer :( lots of getting back to school after vacation. Mastheads are annoying because of the dimensions. I can try one if you want

it was made up of a whole bunch of pictures about books and reading on top of a back ground tat had the word books in a whole bunch of different colours, sizes and fonts and at the top i had the name of the group. It took me like 3 hours to make and then it didnt fit :(

that stinks but I'll see what I can do :) gtg though... history and biology homework need to be done :(

Helloooo Mods!!! Just a shout out about two things:

1) I sorta noticed we have some threads that arent being used and are only taking up space and causing a bit of an unnecessary clutter so if you see any thing that hasnt been used in like 3 months or smthing feel free to delete it, but if you see anything interesting that sorta died then bring it back to life!!! start commenting and maybe it will catch on and you would have saved the life of an innocent forgotten thread! :P

2) I was just thinking it would be a good idea if we changed our icon thingy for the group instead of the brown and blue quote i have up so if you find anything cool and creative post the link below and we can check it out and pick the best on :)

Yeah I've noticed. *insert sad face* this was the first group I ever joined on goodreads

Wow! This was one of the first groups I was ever active in, but I kidna joined a bunch all at once. Yeah it makes me sad, but it's been practically dead since July. I'd love to revive it, but I have other group stuff going on and I think we'd need more active mods? Not exactly sure what to do...

I'm not sure if we can add mods without Sarah's approval.

Yeah- I don't plan on it! I'm just saying that if you're willing to do a big revive of the group and be active, I'll help- but I won't do it all alone. And maybe we should try to get Liv and someone involved? and maybe message Sarah or something? But we have to put in the effort because it's SUPER easy for groups to fade....

So I'm thinking that by the end of the month this is my plan for the group: Reorganize a bit (the general folder is crowded), create Buddy Reading, make sure we have BOTM stuff going, set up a bunch of new discussions (and commenting in all the old ones), and I think that's it!!! :P

Ok :) and YA Book Reads is also dying. Ummm, I can try to do the BOTMS and help with clearing folders

Wow- both you and Anna have this as the first group!! :P
And up above I have a list of steps of stuff to do- and once we get it all set up we can send out a big message in the beginning of November :D

Ok :) I think we should all write down ideas for what to say in the letter here then write it all together

Of course!!! We should first make sure the group is getting more active though- we can spend liek 2-3 weeks doing that, and then we can have a big November newsletter! And make sure we keep doing that each month? Hopefully Sarah will be on board by then

I messaged her but I didn't get a response to it. And yeah we should do it every month

Okay- we'll just keep at it, and then just post in here if she ever responds. And yeah- we should check in at least once a month.
