Welcome! I have read three books of JP - Handle with Care, Vanishing Acts, My SIster's Keeper. All great! Her boos tend to have twists and turns (as you probably know already), so if you are going to post crucial plot information, could you preface it with a spoiler alert?
I post that request from time to time - I still have a lot of her books to go myself!
Take care and welcome again!

I liked Handle with Care, but it was not my favorite. Parts of it very difficult to read, but I enjoyed it overall. My favorite is still My Sister's Keeper. I read the next one is about embryos and gay adoption/surrogancy or something like that. Let me know what you think!

Like all of Jodi's books, Handle with Care is emotionally wrenching and beautifully-written. There are a few passages that I read over several times because they were so powerfully wise. At first, I found myself skimming through the recipes to get back to the heart of the story, but then I realized how the recipe directions really fit the situations. Take the time to read them through.
I was captivated by this book....I hope that you are, too.

Handle with Care is one of my favs by JP. I read the 1st chapter & was hooked. I loved it. I would give it 5 stars.
