Ok, so this is the story where the big show-down between Moriarty and Sherlock at the Reichenbach Falls in Switzerland happens. Anyone read it?

Na uh. I haven't read any of the old books or seen the old movies.

Really? You would probably not even get past the first page then!!! I'm reading The Final Problem at the moment... the original Reichenbach *sob* There's a drawing of Moriarty in it... soo scary.

Haha, I've just got The Complete Illustrated Sherlock Holmes from the library. It's a massive book, and almost impossible to take it to school in my bag without snapping my back. But I manage. The loyalty of Sherlockians these days...

Lucky you. I don't have an ereader, but if I did it would be so much better for my bone health.

yup, it is sad. but i guess it's less sad for us because we know that Holmes is actually alive anyway. imagine the condition of fans of that time. and don't think the weren't as crazy as us, they put black cloth on their arms and forced Conan Doyle to bring him back and write more Sherlock Holmes.
