I loved your books so much I was obsessed to the point where I would count how many hours I had to get out of school so I could go home and read I wouldn't do anything but eat sleep and read that's how much I loved your books!

I fell in love with the characters. That's how much I loved the books. I cried when I finished crossed. It was a schoolnight, about 5:30 A.M. I woke up with my eye bags having eye bags and with a wide smile on my face. When I finished the book, I was like, "Great! Now what do I do with my life!?!" I haven't read Reached yet, but THE TIME WILL COME!!!!!!!
I just finished Matched and I'm already becoming a HUGE fan of your writing. It's truly captivating. I can't wait to finish the series and read your other books. I'm sure anything else you write will be just as great.
Hi Ally Condie! I loved all three books in the Matched series. My question is - how did you decide which poems and paintings to showcase for the 100s? I have to say its given me a great appreciation for both. I looked up every poem and painting you mentioned in the books and have a few new favourites! Thank you!
I love your books. I think the thing that really caught my attention was all the poems and lyrics or whatever. You really turned those words into something important when usually, we take those things for granted. It taught me something, thank you :)

I loved your Do not go gently poem, because we used it at my aunt's funeral to say goodbye. I was shocked and touched to read it in your book. I am curious to know if you would be willing to write more mini novellas about some of the other characters?
Hi, I'm Mary and I absolutely love your books! I really like the idea of the Society and you're actually one of my inpirations towards writing. I've read all three books to the Matched Trilogy and I've fallen in love with all of your characters. I can't wait to find more books written by you!
I LOVED this trilogy it is one of my favorites, when I got it for Christmas (along with some other books) I sat down and immediately started reading. But after I said Thank You! One of my favorite parts was the end of the last book, "There ebb and flow. Leaving and coming. Flight and fall. Sing and silent. Reaching and Reached." LOVED IT!!!
I am so regretfull to say that I haven't really read any of your other novels, but the Matched Trilogy... My word, they made me go mad with wait for the next to come out! I have yet to read Reached yet -- I have been busy with school -- but Matched and Crossed were the highlight of my whole entire poetry class. When we were talking about poems, I could recite "Do Not Go Gentle" like it was written on the back of my hand! I have no questions for you, really, but I just wanted to say I love your books and the characters within them. Ah, sorry I rambled. . . I'm just happy to know you're acknowledging all of us.
Ally you rock! all your books are great although i think your first book was the best. i think your books should totally be turned into a movie! i am just psyched right now that you will get my comment! i have soooo many questions but i will save those for later. just wanted to say you totally rock and want to see what other books you come up with to write!!!!!

I love your books I bought each one of them when they came out I am now the proud owner of matched, crosses, and reached. The characters are so interesting. My sister tried reading the book and it was so good that she went on and bought all the books for herself. Of course then my youngest sister got jealous and stole my books but I got them back. Anyways your books are amazing and so are you!!! Keep up the good work or in your case books.

I love this series so Much!!!! This trilogy is one of my favorites. I recently finished Reached and loved the ending!!
Your books are really good. I have read 2 books so far both in 2 days! I read them quicker than the harry potter books.

It was amazing how much the love triangle was not a love triangle. I get mad at so many female characters who "just can't make up their mind" when doing so would be better for everyone involved. So thank you so so much for a book that had inpressive plot structure and non-sappy romance. I hope you go on to write many more books! (Unless, of course, you don't want to) :)
Love your books! While reading Reached, I discovered that we both get our hair done by the same wonderful lady & that one of my friends is related to you, I think a cousin by marriage or something. Small world! :-)

guys! im having a dilemma!! should I read Reached? I liked Matched, but could barely get through Crossed...wondering if Reached was THAT much better and worth the buy... thanks
I think you should read it! it answers a lot of questions and it is a bit faster then crossed

I love your books! I absolutely fell in love with Matched! The way you set up your dystopian society was brilliant! It has really made me thing about books and handwriting and how we are moving on in technology, but these things should still be held precious. I love the romance between Ky and Cassia and I think the series came to an amazing conclusion! Can't wait to read more of your books:)

This is probably the best romance novel that I've ever read. I don't like most romance... actually I don't like them at all; but "Matched" that's a different story.
Hi :) I really loved reading your books; they were serious, romantic, and filled with action at the same time. Anyway, I wanted to ask, how did you come up with your characters?
I got Matched as a christmas gift from a friend and the first thing I did when I finished was to order the sequels and recommend it to everyone. It was intresting to read about the world you created and I really did fall in love with all the characters. =)I was wondering how much "Cassias Society-official" really was involved with everything that happened, I know she made Cassia believe it was all planned out, but the Society as a whole was really good at keeping up apparences.
Hi Allie. This is a big fan speaking! I am a HUGE fangirl of Ky and wish he could be real. Reading just the first few pages of "Crossed" brought tears to my eyes, how important it is to create, how utterly heartbreaking it is to think that some people in your world have lived and died without a single original thought. Thank you for opening my eyes to the importance of creation!

Each character had attributes that made them relatable in some form or fashion, which made your books even more engaging because I could pick no clear favorite. Dear Ally!Thank you for writing the "Matched" series, it was a great read and I'm sure it's a story I'll revisit again some time.
I think the fact that it's about a world, where creative impulses get nipped in the bud is what made this dystopian series so special for me because I'm a design student and I believe I wouldn't be able to survive in the restricted world of "Matched".
I really liked the different characters and their motivations. I loved how you used poetry (some of my favourite poems, too; I was so happy when I read it and there was "Do Not Go Gentle" one of my favourite poems ever :)) and thought using the Sisyphus story (the original of which I knew from latin course) was genius!
I can't wait to read another novel by you soon!

You are an amazing and vivid author. I loved reading your books and seeing the individual messages that were woven into the plot. The characters that you created were excellent. They had a lot of depth and emotion. They, similarly, had a lot of complexity. The story was great, an engaging read! Thanks for writing these books, Ally!!!
To be honest, I personlly dont think so. I LOVE this series don't get me wrong, but in my opinion if you thought Crossed was slow then I think reached would be too. Hope I helped! :)
