As guest or returning citizen of our wondrous city, we will ask you to PLEASE submit a COMPLETED version of the FILE provided. Failure to comply will result in your DETAINMENT and DEPORTATION. After its completion, please SUBMIT it at the appropriate STATION. An explanation of the given FILE has been given below.

We will ask you to provide you your GIVEN, MIDDLE, and SURNAME. This information will be CHECKED and COMPILED within our database. You will then provide your birth MONTH and DAY following the GREGORIAN calendar. An APPROXIMATE translation will be provided for those unfamiliar with its dating system. You will then be asked to provide your STATION of work and the POSITION you hold there. After these REQUIREMENTS have been met, you will then proceed to your appropriate RACIAL and SUB-RACIAL station.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION will be asked for but it is not REQUIRED. A DETAILED recording of your PHYSICAL PRESENCE will be recorded by our SYSTEMS, followed by a PSYCHOLOGICAL test of your basic traits. This is basic PROTOCOL, any indicated resistance will be met with IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.
