No theme? Fine by me! I guess I'll actually submit something for once. (No making fun of my poetry.)Goodbye
Maybe we watch them sail away
to lands and seas unknown.
Maybe they sail away to death
or to knock on Fortune's door.
Maybe, instead, we say goodbye
only to meet again tomorrow.
But no matter where you go or fly,
always no you're in my heart.
For despite the distance or time between
there is is something that we both share.
This moment, this breath, this standstill of time,
where we waved one last goodbye.
The future unknown, and free of the past,
where we stretched our wings to fly.

End of the month.
I'm not a poet in fact I dislike poetry but here was a brief attempt. I’m the words you left unsaid
I’m the tears you never shed
You can’t escape me, I’m in your head & I'll soon see you dead.
I’m the deeds you left undone
I'm the demon on the run
I’m the loaded gun
.....
that's all I got.
name? ...ummmm idk, untitled. it was just some random lines thrown together.
WithinWithin the lighthouse there is great darkness
Like blind matadors
Ships are left to their slaughter
Great harvest of death
Ancient wisdom bestowed on the ages of man
We are enlightened into laughter
Like sweet children we depart from the whom
As generations grow
The light at the end of the tunnel shines brilliantly
Rain pours on the flat lands
We are reminded of memories of a later past
Walking
We are set a path into the unknown
Do you really feel alive?
Do you know who you really are?
Do you even listen to yourself think?
Running away from the passion inside
Do you think you will get far?
Behold the spirit queen
Bow down to her eternal grace
For she is the wise one
Transmutation of the soul
We are set a drift on this mighty quest
Find yourself you will not
For you have been here for eternities eternity
A lifetime of yesterdays looking forward to tomorrow
Never living for the now
Building up to the person you see before you
Are you even comfortable within your own skin?
Go forth you may
To where you will go
Threshold of possibilities await for the chosen ones
Minds eye opened shut
Can you even see the forest from the trees?
Lessons learned but soon forgotten
Reliving the past makes us into lesser beings
Uplift the soul
For death awaits us all
Will your last day be filled with truth and wisdom?

When it comes to themes it is whatever the theme makes you think of. Like angels make some people think of hope while others think of God, and others just good people. I personally always think of Armageddon... dunno why...
