I would definitely check out the beginning pages to see if it was something interesting. Depending on what I found out doing that I might or might not read more.

I am afraid that I am terribly nosy so I would definitely read it. I think it would be nice to learn about a place or time that I don't know anything about. I thought this was a great idea for Lisa Renee Jones to use as the underlying theme for this series and I look forward to reading the other two books in the trilogy, Being Me and Revealing Us.
