Song Lyrics That I Like discussion

Lately all I have been listening to is what I like to call, "Strong feminine Singer/songwriters" or "ball busters" Such as: *Ani Difranco* Regina Spektor, Dresden Dolls, Fiona Apple & Tori Amos

I would like to know if anyone knows anyone else that I would like too....

Here's a list of artists that you might like: Suzanne Vega, Natalie Merchant, the Indigo Girls, Shawn Colvin, Liz Phair, Luscious Jackson, Meredith Brooks, The Pretenders, Aimee Mann, Jill Scott, and maybe a little Alanis too, especially the early years.

I know there's more strong female musicians out there but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
