I really enjoy contemporary romance with a little spice. I have read several historical romances as well, and enjoyed them also. I am always willing to give any book a chance.

Kerri I really liked your comment. I too am a book addict and my kids can't believe how obsessed I am. My husband bought me a Kindle and now I can read while I fold laundry, load the dishwasher, walk on the treadmill...

Thanks for the invite, Angela! It arrived in my inbox with truly perfect timing: after a few difficult years (which included the bancruptcy of my publisher), I'm now ready to come out of my shell and be more active in the romance community again. (In other words, it's been some time since I was last active on GoodReads, so please forgive me if I make any mistakes :-) )

I write historical romance, typically set in 19th-century Britain. I fell in love with the British Isles when I first visited my English penfriend back in ... uhm ... 1988. Or perhaps, I fell in love even earlier, namely when I started to read the historical novels of Rosemary Sutcliff.

I'm an avid book hoarder, and I read romance novels across all subgenres. Some of my favourite authors are Georgette Heyer, Teresa Medeiros, Julia Ross, Sarah Mayberry, and Ruthie Knox.

Thanks for the invite! Not sure how often I can post, but I always leave reviews on goodreads about what books I read. I read various genres of romance and write varying heat levels of contemporary romance. :)
