I'm missing her too! As a mom I can totally understand wanting to do what's best for your family!
MUCHO EXITO CaroB!

We will miss you, CaroB! Good luck, and I hope we still get to see you around when you have the time <3 Be careful, so you don't overtax yourself with responsibilities *Mega hug*

You will be greatly missed CaroB!!! Sometimes "real" life gets in the way of our FUN!!! But totally understand your need and want to be with your family more. I wish you the best of luck and hope to see you around. Take care and make sure you keep us informed on the good books you're reading ☺

Take care and pop in often!

Weeeeeeeeeeeeee! CaroB is staying on as Moderator to help out on occasion. Notice her title is head of the "Special Projects Unit." I knew she couldn't leave us. ☺

It's me letting you know that I'll be stepping down as moderator after the 1,000 Members in 10 Days celebrations, in the middle of April.
As I'm sure a lot of you know, I started a full time job in late January, which was supposed to go to part-time in March. That hasn't happened, it's stayed as a full-time role, luckily I love what I'm doing. This is my first full-time role since the birth of my daughter 9 years ago, so it's been a bit of a shock to the system for my family. Add to that the fact that I'm still on the P&F committee at the kids' school, I play netball one night a week, take the kids to their extra-curricular activities and I'm part of a real-life book club, and I'm spreading myself thinner than my family deserves.
Gisela, Lisa Kay and Susan have stepped in stupendously and haven't once made me feel bad when I've dropped the ball on my mod duties and for that they have my everlasting gratitude. It has been such a blast being a moderator for this amazing group. You ladies are the most supportive, cheeky and enabling group of people I've found on the Internet, and I'm glad I'll still be around as much as I can, to join in the fun. My hope is that stepping down might even give me a bit more reading time!
So, consider this my two week's notice, lol, and in the meantime I'll be involved in the group celebrations happening over the next few days.
In a while, crocodiles!! :-)
