I think Addie is very selfish. She didn't want to help her poor trapped sister at first. Then she blamed her when they got caught. Yes she apologized but she shouldn't have said it in the first place. I just don't like her.

I can definitely agree that she is less likable than Eva. Sometimes I found her a little annoying, but at the same time I keep in mind the fact that she has been taught all her life that Eva isn't supposed to even be around anymore. Giving Eva a chance to control their body was hard for her to wrap her mind around given the consequences if their plans were discovered.

no i sorta disliked eva a bit because sometimes i felt sorry for her (i know eva is the one i should oof felt sorry for, i did sometimes too) but i mean i sometimes thought slow down eva.
i liked addie she was always the one under pressure and she was only the way she was so that she could do the best for them.

I found Addie very realistic, obviously she acted towards her own interests, but who wouldn't? In Once We Were she didn't really do much so she was kinda boring...

Eva is way better than Addie by far! Eva is so sweet and kind and look at Addie! She's so mean to Ryan and Lissa and she gets jealous just because Eva is alone for a few minutes. And when Eva and Ryan kiss, she starts to cry. Who does that? My sister doesn't cry when I kiss my boyfriend! Honestly!

I don't completely dislike Addie, but Eva is so much better than her! She's sweet and nice, while Addie is kind of selfish.

I think that I would act in a similar way, this was a life Eva was asking her to give up in a way. It was a huge risk, they could have been killed or anything. They'd worked sooo hard to get rid of that reputation and this had the possibility of ruining everything. Addie was not being mean or horrible or selfish, at least in my opinion, I think that she is an amazing sister for just sticking with Eva because it was a lot that Eva was asking.
If Addie was faulted it was because she's human. One of those flaws might be how she treated Hally and Lissa but even that was understandable.

I don't hate Addie, because the way she feels is understandable. But I feel a certain way about her not letting Eva know about Jackson. I knew it was going to happen the moment they met on the elevator, but for Addie to let her sister wake up in someone else's arms, kissing someone she didn't know, I felt that was terrible.
