our latest review! Here is my review, now that I have finished reading Episodes I and II, and thoroughly enjoyed them.
Honestly, I have read all of Linell Jeppsen's stories as soon as I could get them, and this collaboration with J. Bryden Lloyd is just the beginning of what I expect will be an exciting space romp of a series. Linell Jeppsen and J. Bryden Lloyd make a fantastic writing team!
The vibrant description of the Loranian's world fascinated me from the beginning, and I was soon caught right up in the story, finishing each episode in one sitting, because I couldn't put it down. The story tells of an interplanetary alliance called the League of Eight, and the battle they undertake to avenge the Loranians. The story is rich in details, with well-developed characters, and full throttle action.
I'm looking forward to the next episode! Truly 99 cent episodes are a super deal, but as "the bookstore lady" I'm hoping that maybe when they're all done The Guardians will be published in paperback, so that the folks who don't have an e-reader can enjoy it too.
