Angel Lepire | 62 comments Can I promote YOU for just a minute, Sara? I have submitted my book to several reviewers, bloggers and sites over the past month or 2, and yours, by FAR has been the most helpful, thorough and useful to date. You did just what you said...tweeted me & reviewed the book and basically have been an enormous asset in my marketing efforts. When I realized I had to mail a paperback book to Ireland, I thought I was out. That was going to be a silly expense from Colorado. But here's a tip for anyone out there who feels this way-check & see if your book is available from Amazon/uk. It was actually cheaper for me to order my book from there and have it sent to Sara than for me to order one in the US and have it sent to an American address! Sara & her team are an absolute treasure in the world of indie authors and self-promotion. THANK YOU so much for all your help!

To do this all for FREE is just incredible!

I'm happy to answer any questions any authors might have about this. I just completed the 20 days promotion through Sara's blog, as well as doing the Thursday interview on her other site. If you don't have a print copy of your book, I would still highly recommend doing that, at least.

Thanks again!
*Angel

(This will be duplicated on all the threads Sara posts promoting her blog, because I really do think it's that important.)

Martha Johnson | 12 comments Hi, I would like very much to send you a book of mine to review. It is called, "In Our Midst" and I was organizing it so as to send it from Amazon/UK. However, they want a phone number with the order as well. Can you supply me with that?

Thank you,

Martha Johnson

Can I send you a book to review? I'd really appreciate it. Let me know if you can review it and where to send it. It's a memoir called Stumbling Through the Dark, and I'd be happy to review a book of yours in return.

message 21: by anthea (new)

anthea (saph95) I loved looking at your blog Sara! I recently tried my own blog about purely reviewing books, but with reading books, reviewing them, college work and hospital appointments, I had no time to keep it up!

I'd just like to let everyone know that I also review books and can help promote your books. I have a twitter with over 300+ followers, which was only started a few months ago, and an unofficial blog for casual reading with 9000+ followers too!

So if anyone's interested in sending a copy of their book for a promotion and review of it, then just feel free to message me!

This sounds like a great idea. My first novel was published in September. I would love to send you an autographed copy. I started writing it at age 13. It took two years to complete and is available at Barnes & Noble, Amazon and Books-A-Million.

You can read the first chapter on my website, www.robertmidgett.com and see if it is something that you would be interested in me mailing to you.

Feel free to send me a friend request on Goodreads.

Hey Sara (and everyone else)

I have just published my debut sci-fi, horror, satirical short novel Ralph and the Purple Fly is now available from Amazon as both a Kindle ebook and paperback: http://amzn.to/1vdmBpG

Ralph and the Purple Fly by Christopher Brunt

I would love for you to review my book! Could you private message me the delivery address and any other details etc?

Ralph and the Purple Fly
Professor Conrad Constant has achieved everything there is to achieve in his area of scientific study. Now, having discovered a unique chemical formula that allows him to redefine some of nature's most sacred laws, his attention is drawn to more than mere acclaim. But before he can unveil his sinister work, Conrad soon realises there is no way of controlling what he does not understand and he is pursued across the city by the results of his bizarre experiments.

This story examines a character's obsession with attainment and the consequences of success. An unusual tale of an obese purple fly, a headless dog named Ralph, and the city's one remaining can of fly spray.
