We have all read at least a novel or two of the thousands in our selected genre. A common modern trilogy would be The Hunger Games and an earlier version of today's most popular genre would be Anthem by Ayn Rand.
We've read some others in between there, but I would like for you to add under this discussion topic the following: WHAT POST-APOCALYPTIC, DYSTOPIAN, UTOPIAN NOVELS HAVE YOU READ THAT MADE YOU A FAN OF THIS GENRE?
I listed below The Hunger Games as a basis for our book club. If you haven't read them yet, I urge you to do so. They are quite captivating! However, if you have already run the course of our most famous dystopian trilogy, I would like for you to check our next discussion group - Recommendations.
Hunger Games got me started. Followed by Legend, Prodigy, The Passage, The Maze Runner, and now on Wool. I haven't read Delirium but I've heard many many many people say really good things about it; so I may have to give it a shot.
