The Summer of Our Discontent

In an homage to various teen movies/TV shows, a group of teenagers investigate the disappearance of their friend and dodge various attempts made by the Stranger, a dangerous stalker who is trying to sabotage them.

Shara Shinnok has recently moved from San Francisco, California to Harrison Creek, Oregon. At the same time, Mara Llewellyn, Stuart Greer, and Irene Haughton are reeling from the news that their friend, Tanya Shinnok, has disappeared without a trace. All efforts to find her fail. At this point, no one knows where Tanya is, even though the citizens of Harrison Creek despise her due to her mental disability.

Shara must help Mara, Stuart, and Irene solve the mystery regarding her cousin while some damming secrets about Tanya are unleashed all over the city. A Stranger lurks in the shadows, making sure that the kids don't find Tanya.

Can Shara help her new friends find Tanya and expose the Stranger?
