Ok, I admit it... Between my own writing, reviewing for others, and general life. I still have not read this series. It is at the top of my list though, and am seriously excited for it. This thread is set to discuss any and everything you loved or disliked about the series... Characters, plot, ending, etc... Let's discuss!

I just started reading the series a short time ago and am on the third book, Mockinjay. I loved it. Hooked me from the start. I think it was the flawed character of Katniss that did it for me. All of the characters are so engaging and you really get a feel for what they are going through.

To me, it reminds me to much of King's running man.

I resisted reading it and it was never in the library which made resistance easy enough. But one day it came in and I took it home. I thought the first two were very good. About half way through the third one, I was ready for it all to be over. But the series was surprisingly good.
