Clayton Bye (claytonbye) | 10 comments I nominate The Speed of Dark, a collection of 27 strangely different and disturbing short horror stories by 19 talented authors from around the world.

And believe me when I tell you a sunny garden is the perfect place to read these incredible stories.

Looks interesting................

There are several books of this name, but I'm assuming you are referring to; The Speed of Dark, The Speed of Dark by Clayton Bye .

My sincere apologies. This is what happens when one makes assumptions. Take care.

Chris Stanley (christinelstanley) | 922 comments How to Be Good, How to Be Good by Nick Hornby , by Nick Hornby was a late May entry by Mark so I'm adding it here for nomination, however, if there are any others, please post here this week.
Huge thanks

Chris Stanley (christinelstanley) | 922 comments We have another tie for June, How to Be Good, How to Be Good by Nick Hornby or
Sleepwalking, Sleepwalking by Julie Myerson
Go for whichever appeals to you, or both!

Chris Stanley (christinelstanley) | 922 comments I'm about 95 pages in to Sleepwalking and it's incredibly well written. I love it. I didn’t think the subject would sit that well, who would, a woman beginning an affair at 8 months pregnant (not a spoiler, it’s in the blurb). It’s a ghost story too and I’m always a sucker for a ghost story.

Chris Stanley (christinelstanley) | 922 comments I recently finished Sleepwalking and although for me it started well, it didn't quite meet the expectation or it's potential. I liked the down to earth style, definitely no romantic or flowery language.
