One evening... in 2002, an aunt of mine gave me my first more than 100+ page story book.
It was this:

I still have it, safe in the second shelf of my library...
Then, I read more books, they had pictures too of course. But soon, when I was 9 years old, Jij took me to the library for the first time. I don't remember what books I picked up, but it was after that, that I lost myself to the delights of books :)

I used to read a lot of comics when I was young like tinkle etc. But my first novel was Famous five and it developed my love for books :-)

=) There is always a little childhood delight that makes us who we are today =D

Yes.. Books develop conscience too :-)

Yups, the characters are our friends, they play a role in our lives too =)

My reading habit in Chronological Order...

1) Chacha Choudary
2) Panchtantra
3) Tinkle digest (i even read it today)
4) Chanda mama books

and then i picked up "The DA VINCI CODE" ....in the year 2008...

And since then...i am reading conventional novels

Though this was not the edition, but it was my first book that I read, I was sad and a girl in my school gave this book to me saying whenever you are sad read books... :)

The most hilarious of the comics that i read was..the NAGRAJ...it was really funny

Was the first "big" book that I ever read that made me want to read more and more and more... That was when I was 8. :)

Funny how the books we read as kids seem so little now... X)

The first book I read was Harry Potter then it went on to Midnight for Charlie Bone,which is still my favorite :)

HP has been quite a first for many :)

TINKLE<3 ,

and occasionally GOTHAM(Spiderman XD My dad got them for me, maybe to make me feel different around Spiders- I read them only to make him feel good XD) or
DC Comics!!!
