Same, that kind of thing happened to me, I went though that phase for a while, and usually found it helped to have a kind of release whether it was to go for a walk or write a song or poem and also just read a book and get lost in it for a while. Also, when I got told to do a lot of jobs, I just listened to my ipod as well to give me something else to focus on.

It's just that tough time EVERYONE has to go through at some point in their life.You're not alone Erylla.Everybody experiences pain and nonacceptance at varying levels.So yeah just tune it out like Ren-ey does.Believe it makes life a lot easier if you choose not to dwell on those thoughts too much.

I'm sad. Not depressed, but sad. Everything seems to hit me as a shock,and I think a person on here is deliberately using it against me to hurt me.
I am all of those things. My self harm is inflicted with a needle that I drag across my skin.
It helps lessen the emotional pain. Like how ice cream helps heart breaks.
I don't do it. I'd rather not...
