Hey, sorry for the late reply. Alright, quantum jumping...it's the ability to travel between two worlds, or parallel universes. So here, in case your character can quantum jump, it means that, suppose your charrie is in the shadow world. Then it can directly start role playing in the Far west or the Middle earth topics. But if your charrie cannot quantum jump, then you will have to find a thread in the shadow world, that has a portal and allows your charrie to role play in the other worlds.

Eh, this can be confusing. It would go easier if you asked me what part of the above ramble you didn't understand.

Yep, it's fine if you wanna use your own template, as long as it has all the basics i.e (name, gender, personality, history and appearance)

As for the face-claim, I'm not so sure. Really, if people want to use a certain model for their character, then I have no objection even if they use the same one over and again, as long as the personality or history isn't copied off. If you don't want other people to have the same model as yours, then you can use a detailed description instead of a picture.
