Obssessed With Harry Potter discussion

I have decided that this group will read two books every month. People can post suggestions as to what books we should read, and once we have enough suggestions I'll create a poll and everyone will vote. The two books with the most votes will become BoM.
Rules:

-The books do not have to be Harry Potter related.
-The books CAN be new or old, it doesn't matter.
-The books must only be YA books.
-You can suggest a book more than once if it hasn't already become the Book of The Month.
-Please don't criticize a person for saying they want a certain book.
-Have fun!
