Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I don't think this book should appear with that author's name - even though he wrote a chapter. There are ten contributors to the book but only Vernant's name appear on the cover as the editor. I add the link to the cover on Amazon to attest it :

I know I could add all the names but this isn't good for me as I'd never look for the book in my library but under Vernant's name. As I can add his role as general editor, I think it would be better to keep only one name - as on the cover :

Moreover, the back cover lists all the authors along their chapters, so they could appear easily on the book page.
Can you please make the change or let me know if I can do it?

J-P Vernant is listed first on Worldcat so swapped the two.

It is partially written by Philippe Borgeaud though, so he remains an author. Do you have any of the other authors who contributed to this? Also, do you have a scan of the cover, or a link to a non-bookseller version?

Unfortunately I have no scan of the cover (that's why I added the link to Amazon so you could have a look). I wrote the list of all the other authors as a description (that IS the description on the back cover!) and they all appear immediatly on the book page so I think it will be good.

We can't take any data from vendors, which includes Amazon... Will work from the additions to the description now.
