G'day all. Whilst I'm not technically an Aussie author I did spend two years in Melbourne, so in my heart I'm an honorary Aussie :)

I am hoping you can help. I have written a novella which I hope to expand with more stories if enough people enjoy it. As this is my first book I would love your feedback (good or bad - both help me to improve!) I've made it free to make it as easy as possible for anyone to read it. It is only 20k words, so it's a nice quick read.

Getting Lucky is about a homeless man who meets a scientist that believes he has stumbled upon the secret to Karma. Together they must experiment to better understand the forces at work. There is also a dog. The genre that best fits is Humour.

Currently sitting at 4.4 stars with 7 ratings, all of which are from people I don't know (the guys listed as friends added me after reading the novel). Here's a couple of extracts from reviews:

Oh perfect - thanks for the heads up Brenda. You know it is funny because Amazon doesn't technically let you make a book free but if enough people click the link to say it is free somewhere else they mysteriously make it free one day without telling you! Also that has to be done for each territory, so right now I'm not clear on where it costs money and where it is free due to the other fun quirk of Amazon that it won't show you the price if you go to the product page in a country other than your own!

I'd love to know what you think.
