Beta Reader Group discussion

Hello! I'm looking for a beta to help me polish up the manuscript for my novel, Thieves of Honor. It is a fantasy/sci-fi, meant for an adult audience (violent, sex, nudity, drug use).

This is a second installation of a series, so I can provide book one. For more info:

I'm interested primarily in having a beta reader for content (ie: things that make the reader go "WTF, why?"). Also, pacing.

The first book is roughly 500 pages long in Word (double spaced), and the second book is roughly 400 pages. Just to give you an idea. These are not short projects.
