Dorna, I think I have The Alchemyst at home that I've been meaning to read. I'll check when I get home this afternoon to be sure, and if I do I'd love to buddy read it! :) We also have a lot of the same to-read books.

I really want to read Shadow and Bone, but I can't get it. I can read the first 5 chapters for free, though. xD

Well, due to fines, I am currently unable to check anything out at the library.

I'm interested in reading Shadow and Bone! I've been meaning to read it forever and I think a Buddy Read would give me the kick in the rear I need to start it. XD

Hi Brittany. Yay! I've done only a few of these buddy reads and I'm loving it. Want to start Friday?

Well, I have a presentation I have to work on for grad school this weekend, but - if you don't plan to read too fast - I can start on Friday. If you'd rather read it more quickly, say in a few days, it might be best to wait till Tuesday. Whichever you prefer is fine with me, though. :)

Well, I'm not that fast of a reader to begin with. We can read 5 chapters a night and comment. I can wait til Tuesday as well. I don't mind at all. =0)

Alright, Im pretty sure I can manage five chapters a night. Friday it is then. :)

I actually wouldn't be able to start right now. I'm doing two buddy reads right now. Sorry. Maybe next time. =0(

I have to read To Kill a Mockingbird for school, so if anybody wants to join...I'll have to go at a certain pace for school, tho...

I won't be able to join in with you, but I can guarantee that you'll like it. It's one of my all-time favorites. ^.^

So, I'm nearly finished with Forever, then I'm going to read Fangirl. It should take me a week or less. After that, would anyone be interested in Buddy Reading , , or ???

Well, it looks like Darkest Minds just might be our Group Read for next month. It's in the lead in the polls, though you can't see it yet.

That's great, Katie! I've been meaning to read this book for an age and I think if I have a Buddy reading it with me, I'll jump start my motivation to crack it open, lol.
