They translated it? Really?
A lot of contemporary italian novel have similarities with this one. Try "Acciaio" by Silvia Avallone.
I don' t like the genre too much, but I'm surprised it has been translated and read in other languages, and happy about it.
PS: "Acciaio" means "Steel", I' m sorry, I don' t know the translation title!
