Kindle vs paperback

Megan I was looking and saw the paperback form is 306 while the Kindle edition is 188 pages. Now I'm not the BEST at math, but even I can see that is over a 100 page count difference. Is it because of the font, or does the paperback have extras in it, such as book club Q's, extra chapters that leads into another book, etc. I've noticed many e-books are sadly left out when it comes to fun extras like that.

Fallen Too Far is the same yet Never Too Far has 2 more pages in Kindle format.

Summer Yaxley I'm guessing it's the layout of the page and how many words are fitted onto it.
