Nicole Hi,

I just joined this group and my favorite theme to read is the abused/raped heroine and the hero who helps them recover. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Feel free to look at my bookshelves.

Nicole Thanks Jen for the recs! The only one I have read is A Doctor's Secret. I really liked it. The other three I have never heard of. They sound really interesting.

Jen_C (jen_c_whatfreetime) I loved A doctor's secret, but then Marie Ferrarella is one of my favorite authors. The others I picked up as freebies from Amazon & enjoyed but they are a bit grittier than Harlequins.

Also, if you go under Explore & choose Listopia, you can search the lists for abused or raped heroines to see which books readers have voted the best.
