What motivates the main character in your book? Both of the main characters in the beginning, Mariam and Laila, were motivated by family and as of where I am now, Laila seems to be motivated with the love for her baby and Mariam from not wanting to be left out. They are both trying to survive the world of war and how to deal with the strict rules for the Afghan women.

What motivates the main character is that he goes into this town on in which people think that all the stuff that is happening to them is thanks to miracles but it is actually not and he is the one doing the things to make them become possible

Exploring motivates the main character. Bruno wants new friends since he moved. He's bored and has noone to play with.

the main character at this point in the story is just trying to survive. He is a poor child in India and is living only for himself.

Tariq the quiet more observed twin his motives was to be loved, or find someone who loved him as much as his mother did, since she died.
Shane's motives were different, he was looking for motherly love, but he was trying to find this type of love in sex, and getting caught up.. Since he was the oldest twin, and he looked like his father, who raped his mother, his mother treated him worse than the other, such as when it came to breast feeding he never was fulfilled, so as he got other he was clinging to older women and women with breast milk, which caused him to loose his brother and his sanity.

the main character is motivated because in the end he is told that he will learn about what really happened to his parents and how they died. He wants to know their legacy and why they did what they did for him

The thought of returning home motivates Varian while wanting to keep her beauty and stay away from Narishka and Morgen le Fey motivates Merewyn. Varian and Merewyn both just want to return to Avalon, while remaining alive and protecting the rest of the Knights of the Grail in order to keep Morgen from becoming more powerful.
