The Name of the Wind won the poll for this month, followed closely by Ender's Game and The Windup Girl - these two will be automatically added into next months poll.

Book discussion may start at ANY point during the month, but we will have an 'official' discussion thread towards the end of the month, around the time that the next book is chosen.

Going to suggest this for any UK members: http://www.thebookpeople.co.uk/webapp...

I bought that last year, contains all these books:
I Am Legend - Richard Matheson
The Name Of The Wind - Patrick Rothfuss
The Lies Of Locke Lamora - Scott Lynch
The Book Of The Sun - Gene Wolfe
Flowers For Algernon - Daniel Keyes
Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep - Philip K. Dick
Hyperion - Dan Simmons
Eric - Terry Pratchett
for only £7.99 =) I'm not sure if they ship outside the UK!

That's what I did - all I wanted was Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? - gave away my other copy of I Am Legend, and now we have two copies of Hyperion in this house ;) One is my dad's though, it's his favourite book ever, haha!

Christopher | 112 comments It is a very good collection for the price and you can never have to many different editions after all! :D

John (johnred) Apologies if this was covered elsewhere, but will the discussion be broken up into sections? For example, I see many groups have threads titled something like "Week 1: Pages 1-100" or some such...so that spoilers are more easily avoided.
Thanks!

Sinead | 49 comments Good idea, we all get through books at different speeds.

Yep - anyone is welcome to create threads. Just make sure to include the book title so if you wanted to talk about the first chapter, you could start a discussion thread called 'The Name of the Wind - Chapter 1 Discussion' or something along those lines =) As long as it's clear which bit of the book, it's fine. Then at the end we'll have a big 'official' thread for discussion of the entire book, spoilers and all.
