The last spotlight of the week features an author I've been wondering about since I saw her amazing book cover a few months ago. Not only does the fantastic cover feature a fierce looking Black woman with natural hair but it also seems to feature lesbian/queer themes.

About the author:

Jacqueline Koyanagi seems to have a bit of a passion for diverse themes including Poc in books as well as exploring sexual orientation.

Currently her book

Ascension A Tangled Axon Novel by Jacqueline Koyanagi

is available on net galley so it might just be worth checking out!
