True.

I think there should be like a test. If you pass the test with a certain score or higher, you are good. If you don't, they should take some classes. I don't think the classes should be forced though. I know I'm the oldest of 5. I'm one of 40 grandkids on my mom's side. I'm great with babies. It just depends on who you are.
But you can pass a test, take a class, etc. and STILL not care. It doesn't matter how many classes someone takes, if they don't want to adhere to the material taught, they won't.
Exactly. It's easy to fake being a good parent when it's needed, so, while they're a good idea in theory, I don't know what that required parenting classes would do much good. Maybe optional classes?
