I am so ready to start this book! I haven't picked it up just yet! Who is reading with us?

Me to! I like the Robbie character he so smooth and straight line make no mistakes. And the lil grown woman can't remember her name tho. Very excited

Yes! I don't think that the little girl is in this one! But from the reviews and summary, he has another female assassin or something like that... we shall see! Just don't speed read thru this one! You know I am slow..

If I ever finish The Bean Trees. Lol. Summer finals are slowing my reading down. Is this book a sequel? You sound like you know the characters already.

It is not really a sequel, it doesn't continue on from the last book. Its just the same character from the previous book, I think you will LOVE it! I can't wait to read more from this author!

You start off reading this book, and it grabs you immediately! you start suspecting everyone right off the bat! I actually like Jessica Reel.. she is HARDCORE! I hope her and Robie become a team and not enemies! Love Love Love this book already!

Dude, someone dies in the first chapter! This author doesn't waste any time. The only thing I'm having a problem with is the fact that I have a bearded dragon named Robie and I have a hard time not associating the two. :) It kind of pulls me out of the book a little.

HA HA! No wasted time! It keeps you reading for sure chapter after chapter and they are all short!

Oh, man! This book is getting better than ever.... I love this new Jessica Reel character! She is the female Will Robie!

I love this series and the author...I'm just at 37 and I can't get Enuff of the action between these to. I'm already speculating what's gonna happened through out these chapter.

I'm only about 1/3 of the way through the book. I like it so far. I am super curious as to what Reel's agenda is! My husband wanted to read it with me, so it will be awhile before I finish it.

Brandi, it's good your husband wants to read it too! It's a great book, and I could just imagine the conversations you guys could have about the happening in the book! That's a true blessing! Enjoy that special reading and discussion time with him! The book is fantastic!!!! And I don't want to give any of the good parts away, but wow!!! This author is truly a story teller! Had to add.... This book was so good. There were a few nights I would fall asleep reading and wake up in a flash, from a dream that I was a sniper! Or that I was running through fire.... Crazy cool, suspenseful book!

Off topic on the book but about The last comment. Do you find your dreams more vivid when you are reading more?

You know, I would say they were more vivid! They were more believable at least! I actually remember the colors! Hold the sniper gun.. (Which was heavy as hell)!

Scents.... I don't think I ever recall that! But now that you say it, I'll be definitely sniffing around in my dreams :)! I've never heard anyone say that.

Sniffing around in your dreams. I like that. And it definitely is awesome that my husband is reading it with me, especially since he really doesn't like to read.

PS I notice more vivid dreams when I read. I think it is because we are exercising our imaginations more when we read and it transfers over into our dreams.

I know this is way behind, but awesome plot twist. Reel just saved Robie and the new #2. I so badly want to know what the big secret is.

It's ok! We can still discuss the hit!!! Yes, she did! And the plot thickens! It is so full of twist, until the very last page!! I love Reel, she is a tough woman!

He loves it. He is constantly guessing what he thinks will happen next. We got it on CD so we could listen to it while we drive. He has found a way to "read" that he can really connect to. He is already asking which book we are going to listen to next.

That's great! I'm glad he likes it too! I've done an audio book a time or two, but they seem so slow! It good on a long drive! Can't wait to see what you think as you read on!

I love how this book finds a way to get more and more intense! As for the fact that it is an audio book, it is a little slow. I also don't always like how the reader reads it. It takes some away from me using my imagination. But it is a good way to "read" a book with someone.

Good book. I'm sad I didn't get to read it myself, but I'm glad I got to share the book with my husband. He liked the book and wants to start a new one. If you love reading then I wouldn't suggest audio books, but if you want to get a non-reader started, audio books are a great way to go. I can't help but thinking, after seeing you gals' ratings, that I would have given it a higher rating if I had of read it.
