I'm not. I wasn't because I've always loathed it.

Except here people respect you for your intellect and opinions. You are someone others appreciate and trust. Besides here people don't write on your wall, stamp "like" everywhere or poke you whatever that means. Finding books to read and sharing views on them with others actually serves a purpose unlike FB.

Oh yes, Goodreads is very different and since I can't sell people books at a bookstore anymore - I can at least keep the joy of reading alive!
Didn't the Doctor say something about the most powerful weapon in the world was a library?

AND I've got over 24 hours now without hiccups! AWESOME! The left side thing has worked twice yesterday and once this morning.
Hmmm ... new nickname - Doctor Roger ;)

Oreos! Because as soon as the bag is opened I can't stop eating them until every last [explective deleted] one of them is gone! I HATE their delicious goodness!
GRRR.

Neither Roger nor I could disagree with your statement "What's wrong with being gay?" since we both are gay. The only difference is he is a prolific and brilliant writer who is a genius and I'm not. You can see the titles of Roger Kean's books at this link:
http://www.goodreads.com/author/list/...
Well there are two other differences between us. Roger lives with his partner in England and I'm single and live in New York City.
Welcome to the Complaint Department Cube Not-Any-More :)

-insert animalistic sound of anger here-"
That does suck:( I'm not one for the chocolate ones but I experience that with the vanilla ones.

Hey Cube, I just noticed you like historical fiction. I highly recommend Roger's books A Life Apart and it's sequel Gregory's Story which are set in England and North Africa during the Mahdist Wars in the 1880s and 1890s. They both are stories of very young men who are lovers and their exciting, adventurous stories during wartime.

I'm curious to know who did the cute little art for the front of the book/book picture thing that appears with it. Heck, I don't kn..."
The cover art on both A Life Apart and Gregory's Story was done by Oliver Frey who is a legendary gay artist known as Zack and he also is Roger's partner.

You won't be disappointed. The plot is adventurous and the loving is true. Plus you get to see Edward and Richard again although they are older this time. A few other old friends drop by to say Hi also.

As an addict, beyond help, evidently, you won't have missed the making of gay Oreo cookies at:

or the essential guide to splitting them up: Oreo Separator Machine Splits Oreos into Cookie and Creme

Thank's for being interested, Cube! I loathe, detest, abhor, and can't stand the fact that I can't stop writing about these damned people. And now Harry wants out on his own as Haary. It's all too much.

If you've got 47 seconds watch what Bill Maher has to say about gay oreo cookies at this Youtube link:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GP9r-..."
Awww, he's adorable. And those cookies look yummie - er - I mean - I hate oreos!
(why are there oreo crumbs everywhere now?)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVkRD..."
This guy is just nuts. :O
I mean why would anyone not love the creamy white mysterious STUFF inside?

And that's shame, because next to Hydrox (the *original* version of the Oreo) Oreos are my favorite cookies. At least with a video I could maybe *look* at an Oreo, since I can't eat any.
I gave up the regular devouring of cookies and candy 3 years ago when I started losing weight, and now the only candy I have is the occasional bar of *really* good dark chocolate...75% cocoa usually...and the occasional piece of incredibly fine "double Swiss fudge" made locally. Both preferably accompanied by a good German wine--at least a spatlese.
>sigh< for the good old days.
Eric

Hey Eric Alan Westfall author of The Song. You can only use the links in Roger's message 32. The people who "quote" the link as a reply don't have the full link in their posts. So try going to message 32 and using Roger's Oreo URLs.
This link will work for Bill Maher's 47 seconds of thoughts on on gay rainbow Oreos at this Youtube link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMmnz...

Yes, yes. Rather like cigarettes and chocolate milk (the title of a song from my favorite singer, by the way) - but I don't like either of those. Although if I were forced to drink milk, thte variety from chocolate cows would be preferable I suppose. ;)

GRRR. :(

GRRR. :("
It's frightening when people do that nonsense. That's when you wish the traffic cops would show up and actually catch them in the act.

Surely Silence of the George (and/or Lambs) does not always mean something dire.
Or do it? >g<
Eric

There is nobody with a GR name that begins with George who is currently a member of the Compliant Department.
Unfortunately I never saw a George Hotrod in the membership list and no member named George Hotrod ever posted a word here so I'm afraid he never existed.
So that means Eric Alan W. has been hallucinating hotrods again. Darn, I thought he was cured.

My favorite desert after a Thai dinner is coconut ice-cream, which my favorite Thai restaurant makes right there on the premises. Hmmm.
I loathe, detest, abhor and can't stand...Peanut Butter in things like ice cream, cookies, candy etc. The idea that chocolate and peanut butter tastes good is, at least for me, nauseating.

Hi Eric. Normally we send you a welcome letter but you aren't excepting messages so…WELCOME~!
Complain, let off steam, lend a sympathetic ear, have some fun, meet great people and make some new friends here in the Complaint Department. Enjoy!
I've kinda overdosed on coconut and rather than cake or cookies (biscuits) I'm really fond of ice cream.

With statements like that it's obvious you will be a well respected member here and will soon feel at home in the Complaint Department .
You have the perfect tone for our group of
It's seems all the best people are ric-named since with you we now have eric (you) and of of course Eric Alan plus Rick. I'm sure it will be wonderfully confusing for all involved. Fortunately Lori has remained singular in her name and also Roger (who is on vacation but he might still drop by.) I'm sure you get to know many of our other

I was once in a group of people playing D&D with the names: Rick (me), Rich, Eric, Erik, Nick, Mitch (shortened from Michelle) and Benton (who felt a little left out at moments). :)

I guess I won't be asking you to be my FB friend:-) It bugs me too, actually!

What city?

Suis-je dangereuse? Suis-je indécent? N'aimeriez-vous pas savoir? ;)

My mother warned me about guys like you.
>smiling<

Now I really need to complain....what am I chopped liver? I have never altered my name I've always been Monika and plan to stay that way, okay I'll admit some people on GR have shortened my name....I might have to rethink if I want to be a part of this group anymore! *has a little itty bitty temper tantrum*

Of course your part of the best people. Did you ever doubt that?
Nevertheless some people can go 3,000 thousand miles to Rochester, NY from British Columbia and not travel the extra 200 miles to visit people in Albany. (Just kidding!)

Err....yes? You know me I'm always in doubt.
Now look here buddy I would have gladly traveled the extra 200 miles but no one invited me and I don't go where I'm not invited. *snicker*
