The links to purchase my book don't work for some stores like Barnes & Nobel and Kobo don't work even though I have the correct ISBN listed for them. Is there a way to correct this?

you need the BN ID ebook & a Kobo ID ebook in order for it to go to the sites.

Kobo have ISBN begining with 123, BN with 249
