Patrick (patrick_castro) Since summer is here and you have loads of time to read, why don't you share with us your TBR pile for this summer? Feel free to snap actual pics of it, or even book covers are great!

Also, if you finished a book(s) tell us what you thought of it here.

Jenny (juliababyjen) I created an actual bookshelf for summer reading, but I'm not following it well!

These are the ones I still have left to read on my list!

I'm not going to list all the books I've read, because I've read about 40 books I think. But here is my faves:

Star Cursed (The Cahill Witch Chronicles, #2) by Jessica Spotswood Vortex (Tempest, #2) by Julie Cross Warm Bodies (Warm Bodies #1) by Isaac Marion Looking for Alaska by John Green Ashen Winter (Ashfall, #2) by Mike Mullin Rot and Ruin (Benny Imura, #1) by Jonathan Maberry Dust and Decay (Benny Imura, #2) by Jonathan Maberry Flesh and Bone (Benny Imura, #3) by Jonathan Maberry Beautiful Disaster (Beautiful, #1) by Jamie McGuire Walking Disaster (Beautiful, #2) by Jamie McGuire The Madness Underneath (Shades of London, #2) by Maureen Johnson Lies (Gone, #3) by Michael Grant Plague (Gone, #4) by Michael Grant Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1) by Sarah J. Maas

I'm dying to pick up The Madness Underneath! I loved the first one so much and it was one of my fav's last year, I'm super stoked to see how it turns out :)

Madeleine | 910 comments ugh. I still have so much I don't even know where to begin. I want to get in Beautiful Creatures for sure though.

It was a good book but ever since finishing it, I never got around to the second one. But the movie was great!

Jenny (juliababyjen) I think Sever (The Chemical Garden, #3) by Lauren DeStefano is on my TBR list as well. The Madman's Daughter disappointed me, but I loved Anna Dressed in Blood and Witches of East End!

Courtney | 154 comments I will personally be happy if I start and finish Little Dorrit. It's over 800 pages which is not usual for me.

@Jenny: why did you think The Madman's Daughter was bad? I was planning on reading it soon.

message 9: by Jenny (new)

Jenny (juliababyjen) I didn't think it was "bad", it just didn't live up to my expectations. I gave it 3 stars.

Here is my review of it:

I will probably keep reading the series, just because its ends on a huge cliffhanger.

Courtney | 154 comments Ah, okay! Thanks, I'll definitely check out your review before I read the book.
