I have purchased quite a few books recently. Yesterday I bought.
The adventures of Alice in Wonderland & Through the looking glass by Lewis Carroll
The forth installment of the Georgia Nicholson series by Louise Rennison
and the Last days by Scott Westerfeld
and the first book of the Dears manga
Then a couple days before that I bought
Thirteen reasons why and Wicked Lovely as well as
Ironside by Holly Black and
the 3rd installment of the Georgia Nicholson.
I went kind of crazy I know, but I found this great new and used book store near my new house and I LOVE it.

The other day I bought 1) The Reader by Bernhard Schlink, 2) Ptolemy's Gate by Jonathan Stroud, 3) The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger (which I am SO excited to read), and 4) The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde.
And a few weeks ago there was an annual used book sale at my local library where I picked up 1) Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice, 2) My Name is Asher Lev by Chaim Potok, 3) Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom, and 4) The Pleasure of My Company by Steve Martin.
So...yeah. I totally go crazy once in a while! I wouldn't have it any other way.
Addie,
You will have to let me know what you think of "The Time Travelers Wife" I read it recently and have been wanting to chat with someone about it.
I seriously love buying books I get so excited when I come home with all these great finds!

I'm still looking for good books out there, so if anybody finds a good one that I might like, please tell me? Thank you.

I'm trying to expand my reading beyong YA. It is SO HARD! (Plus, university doesn't exactly look excited on YA for reading lists... :( )

I know what you mean Michelle I have been buying so many books lately that I think only other people who are avid readers would understand. I can't help it,every time I walk into a book store or even a thrift store I can't help but walk out with at least a couple new treasures.
I'm really excited for summer through so I can get through all the new additions to my collection!

So I went a little crazy today, but oh well I found some really good deals (YAY for Memorial day sales!)
I bought
The Golden Compass,The Subtle Knife and the Amber Spyglass
then I bought Revolutionary Road,(I usually don't like to get the ones with the movie tie in covers, but that's all I could find so oh well)
Then I bought Coraline by Neil Gaiman and last but not least
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.
So that was from just the bookstore I then went to the thrift store and bought about 13 other books, but how can you pass up books for 20 cents?

That's so awesome. I need to buy another bookshelf before I start ordering more books.

Me too! I can't wait to read it. I feel like we should do another count down challenge. What do you think? I didn't read as much as I wanted and would like another shot! :)

Inkdeath came out in Hardcover last year in October. I don't know if it is out in Paperback yet, I bought the Hardcover.

I have already started Evermore, was amazed because I bought them all off of Amazon used and new and this one turned up the next day!!!
Nice! I love it when things arrive early! :)

I think I may have to start using my library card more though now because I need to save for Xmas lol
I'm so excited for our discussion of that book Hannah! You'll have to let us know what you think!
