I work with two digital artists, I'm not sure what your personal styles are but you can definitely talk to them to see if they could come up with some ideas for you. The books I'm working on are high/epic fantasy and heroic fantasy and they were able to create some great artwork as well as covers for me.

This artist I work with, he works on my covers and landscapes, his name is Jose Burgos. Here's his website http://jcborgesdesign.daportfolio.com/ and his portfolio. He's got some of the work he's done for me up there. And here's his tumblr http://whatzitoya.tumblr.com/

Also another artist I work with is named Alice Bessoni.http://alicebessoni.daportfolio.com/ she's working on my next cover XD and she has worked on all my character art( on her site it's listed under the mark of Noba project) she's very hardworking and works on revisions for nothing extra than what she charges.

If you like anything on their portfolio and decide to work with them be sure to let them know Libertad or Guinevere sent you to them.

I wish you good luck

Quanie (quaniemiller) Hi Cheyanne,

Sorry to hear that cover artist stiffed you! Did you pay with a credit card? If so you can do a chargeback.

Here's a list of cover artists I ran across in my search. All of them are reasonably priced. I eventually went with Victoria Faye. Good luck!

And don't freak out, if the book cover is the only thing you're stressing about, it's an easy fix. The story is done and its the best you've ever written :) a great cover can help but sell your books but not make it a better story! Most of us are still working on our stories

Elizabeth Hayley | 2 comments Contact Raina at Grapevine Book Tours. It will probably be under $100 for the cover. She did our first cover and is working on our cover for our second book. She's awesome. It is a $25 fee to get her started and then you just pay for the images. For our first book they totaled around $$20.
