Okay guys so the sign ups for this thing have gone on forever so lets start this thing! Here's the template for chariot rides and the rules.

Name: Oliver Remus

District: 4

Outfit: A dark blue fabric with swirling greens and gold makes up his shirt and pants. with almost an ombre effect to make it look like you're looking down into the sea. (First the blue, then as you go deeper, a dark color, until you reach the bottom of sand)

Makeup/accessories: Some dramatic highlighting of his eyes to bring out the blue in his eyes. His hair is slicked back and looks wet, as if he's been swimming.

Chariot description: Midnight blue nearly black chariot, with reflective fish, so the audience can see themselves. Black horses pull it.

Thoughts: Think brave. Think strong. Everything is above me. Ignore it. Hostile can work.. Can't it?

What is the tribute doing: Oliver starts the ride by standing stick straight with a constant flexing (strain) of his muscles. But loosens up a bit and has a smirk on his face until they're out of sight from the capitol.

District: 11

Outfit: Something of a Daisy Duke, her stylist though less was more... Cutoff jean shorts that show 97% of her lower half. A pink and white checkered shirt, that's tied right before her chest and has a deep slit in this middle, technically she isn't naked. Short white boots with spurs on the back.

Makeup/accessories: Hair in two pigtail braids that reach her midsection. A piece of hay is in her hand, flopping in the wind. A flashy necklace dangles down near her chest area...

Chariot description: Golden with what looks like straw placed in a checkered pattern along the sides.

Thoughts: Right, back in district 11 we dress like this. Definitely not working our tales off in the fields. Sitting back and dressing like this? Sure. Show the sass. Keep the smile that keeps em guessing.

What is the tribute doing: Giving a sassy pose to the side that has her shoulder sticking out. One hand on her hip the other holding the lost piece of hay. Jo has on a sexy smile of sorts as she goes on down the stretch.
