I'd recommend Star Wars Beyond the Films; I've been following it for the last 4 months and they discuss a lot about the EU. Now, they don't focus exclusively on the books (they also cover comics, tv shows) but they do cover new book releases and other interesting tidbits. Just a suggestion.
