Prince of shadows will be book 2 and The Queen of air and darkness book 3. I cannot wait to get my hands on anything shadow hunter related!!! Do you like the titles?

The title of the new Dark Artifices that is... So exciting!

To me it's not the title that matters it's what is inside. ;D She could call them pot of coffee and I would read it.

I have loved all of Cassie's Shadowhunter novels thus far, so I'm really excited for The Dark Artifices. I love the unique book titles that she chose for this new series, and I'm excited to find out what they refer to. By the way, in City of Fallen Angels from TMI, Julian Blackthorn, the main character in TDA, made an appearance. He was twelve at the time, and he was portrayed as Helen's younger half-brother.

A pot of black coffee would certainly make me read it ;)

Oh my god! Queen of air and darkness? I've heard that usually reffers to the Seelie Queen!

I was looking thru listopia on goodreads and actually found these titles. Ever since I out them up I've been racking my brain but i have no clue what they'll be about. I'm exciting that there in LA though all my family lives there!!

Queen of Air and Darkness is one of Mab's names, and also a snippet of poetry in A.E. Housman "Last Poems".
In the poem the queen of Air and Darkness dies and tells her slayer that he will die the following day.
So... a fairy queen? Unseelie court? It's the court most often associated with Mab. But I don't really know what to make of the poem.

These titles are soo cool. I really want to find out how the julian/emma love thing mentioned will work out.

They are :) I really cannot wait for Lady Midnight. I keep on looking at the fan art and getting pumped then realizing how farway the book is then getting depressed. That will basically be how it is at least until CoHF gets here.

I'm pretty sure Lady Midnight will be released in 2015.
