Hi Amanda, you would need to download it direct from netGalley - will email invite in just a mo - but there is the option to send direct to your kindle once you're registered :-)

Just to update... the ARC is only available on netGalley until the end of this month, so this would have to be the cut off for R2R requests.

Thanks Amanda, the British academic system does seem to confuse some readers from across the pond... I even created a 'Guide to British-isms in Popping the Cherry' that should show up on the book page :-)
