You ARE more than a number on a scale or a tag. You ARE more than the sum of your parts an you ARE capable of so much more than you are given or give yourself credit for at any time. We are made to feel that numbers make the difference in who we are that we forget WHO we are.
Numbers rule our lives. Phone numbers,weight,dress size,jean size, BMI, "ideal weight",customer numbers, etc. We are so overwhelmed by numbers that are not supposed to lie, that we believe them even when they do. Numbers can and do lie all the time. Accounts can be fudged, scales re-set, odometers rolled back, studies skewed, stats distorted until we cannot see the truth.
So,ignore the number and be YOU. Be happy, healthy, smart,funny,generous,cranky,fed up, satisfied, athletic, well read, good at math, good at baking, good at sewing, playing games, what ever makes YOU YOU.
YOU are YOU and YOU are wonderful. YOU are NOT a number. YOU are a human being, and YOU are the best YOU YOU can be.
