Camp Half-Blood discussion

This is also in the forest. It's the clearing where the trio of satyrs talks things over, you know?

Alexis walked out to the clearing. She sighed. It was so peaceful out here.

Briar was laying in the clearing. When she heard footsteps.

She was carrying a book

She sat up and saw a girl about her age walking towards her. She waved not knowing what else to do.

She waved back.

Heather lay back on the ground. She was never good with meeting someone for the first time.

Gwen sat on the ground, leaning against a tree. Tears trickled down her cheeks and she sniffed, wiping them away angrily. Stupid. That's what she was, STUPID.

Elvira walked slowly in front of the cabins, her feet bare. Her hands were in her jeans pockets. She looked up at a sniffling sound.

"Gwen!"

((Hey, I'm gonna have to go for half an hour...sorry...but I'll be back soon(ish) ))

Gwen looked up.
Elvira.
Her heart squeezed and a tear ran down her face.
She needed a friend so badly right now.
A hug.
From her best friend.
"Elvira" she managed to get out, her voice cracking.

Elvira ran over and dropped to her knees beside Gwen. Her eyes took in the tears streaking Gwen's face. Wordlessly, Elvira leaned over and hugged Gwen, holding her tight and rocking a little. She asked no questions.

Gwen almost immediately stopped crying. She closed her eyes, feeling comforted.
She pulled away and smiled at Elvira.
"Haven't seen you in forever"

"I know. Gwen, are you ok? What happened?" Elvira asked worriedly, her hand resting on Gwen's shoulder comfortingly.

((Lol...uhm...apparently everything is okay now....how am I gonna make this make sense now?!))

"Everything has just been kinda stressful lately. I just needed to let it all out. I'm okay really...."
Gwen's voice was sincere.
She was telling the truth.

((Oh, haha, improvise!))

Elvira's hands rested on her knees. "You can tell me anything, I hope you know that." Elvira was probably one of the most trustworthy people ever.

"I know it Elvira. So..."
Gwen began telling about what had been happening in her life lately.
About how Vincent had died because she'd forgotten him, and then she'd somehow gotten him to shore and discovered that he wasn't dead quiet yet, but was still dying. And then how Zeus had sent a lightning bolt that had...well shocked him back to life!
"I'm scared. I...I keep forgetting thins. And I almost lost the person I care about most because of it" Gwen finished, mouth drawn in a tight line.

Elvira hugged Gwen again. "Do you remember now?"

((*pants* S-so many rps going on...so many notifications....))

"Yes. Vincent's almost death must have shocked me out of it. But...why did I forget in the first place. I need answers Elvira" Gwen said, pulling away.
Her eyes were pleading, as if she was begging Elvira to tell her what she needed to do.

((I gtg for a bit, be back in 20 or so minutes))

Elvira gave Gwen a sad shrug. "I.. I don't know, Gwen." Her eyes wandered over the cabins. "Maybe you could see the oracle?"

"Do you think she could help?" Gwen asked, feeling hopeful.
The oracle could help her!
...Right?

"I honestly don't know. I haven't been here long enough." Elvira replied truthfully. "But you could always give it a try!" She was hopeful.

"But...maybe I don't have a problem anymore. I can remember everything now...right?"
Gwen's mind raise, thinking.
"K, how bout this. You just ask me questions and...and I'll answer them. Then you'll know if I remember everything or not"

"Okay. Lets try it." Elvira thought for a second, then started asking questions.
"Who did you live with before coming here?"

"My...my grandmother. My strict grandmother"
Gwen smiled, knowing that this was true.

"Who was her godly parent?" Elvira asked next.

((Wait a sec...Gwen's godly parent or her grandmother's? ))

"Eris" Gwen said automatically.
Yes, that was true as well. She felt certain of it.

((Sorry, her grandmothers! But I'll cover for you :) ))

"And your grandmothers?" Elvira was asking questions as soon as the answers left Gwen's mouth.

"Zeus"
Gwen's forehead wrinkled.
That's what the satyr had said...and yet it made no sense.

"Where did I first meet you?"

((....I actually don't remember..... You can just make up something if you don't remember either... XD ))

She'd never forget the day she first met her best friend!

Elvira smiled. That was probably one of the most important days of her life. "What happened at the climbing wall?"

((I have to go :( I'll be back on tomorrow at about the same time))

Gwen laughed.
"I was afraid of heights and once we reached the top I fell of and just barely caught the edge of the wall. Then you talked me back down, but not before freezing in fear yourself! My emotions....powers really, affected you then.

((Hm...actually the climbing wall wasn't the second time they met each other. Ugh! Oh whatever :P ))

Megan laid in the clearing on her back staring at the sky. She closed her eyes and listen to her surroundings. She could hear the distant murmurs of other campers in the distant. She steadied her breathing and listen to the wind blowing through the trees.

Megan heard something, but paid no attention to it. She stayed where she was, not moving.

She sensed something and open her eyes and looked at the other girl. "Hello." She sat up a little bit.

"Oh, no just listening to the world around me." she smiled a little.

((sorry i have to go now, ill be back in a couple of hours if your on still.))

"Cool. It's very calming." She nodded and layed back down.

Megan walked through th clearing. Sh didnt know why she was there or where she was going. Her head felt like it was going to explode she was so bored. She found a tree and climbed up it a little ways and sat on a small branch.

Luna was in the clearing with Daniel

Daniel frowned. The sun was setting, and the shadows from the trees was somehow calming for him. He turned around and met Luna‘s gaze, kissing her gently again.

"Here, let me show you something."
Daniel walked into the shadows, and then he vanished, with a small poof. He could feel the shadows embracing him, like a thin carpet laying itself over him, and then he floating between the light and the shadow. It had been a long time since he had done this, -he had done this as a child to hide when the bigger boys in the streets had chased after him.

Then he went out again, letting the carpet vanish. He could feel himself appearing again, a small ticklish feeling he had gotten used to.

He reached out for Luna, who seemed surprised of him disappearing and then re-appearing on the very same spot. "Take my hand. Resting in the shadows is some weird stuff the first time you do it," he said smiling.

((Didn't quite decide what kind of abilities he could have as the son of Nyx, but I guess this wouldn't be too overpowered. Turning invincible in the shadows, sneaking in the dark as silent as a cat... Those kinds of stuff? Feel free to come with feedback, everyone.))

Luna took his hand and smiled at him and blushed she trusted Daniel

((Yeah, he does. He kinds of understand the way she feels, being left alone by his biologic mother an all.))

Daniel focused and let his mind drift away, and again the carpet laid himself over him, but this time Luna was beside him. He remembered the first time this happened to him, -he had sat in the shadows reading, and just as he was to fall asleep this happened. It was a wonderful feeling, so silent and so calm... He wondered if Luna would feel the same way.

"How is it?" He asked, holding her tightly.

Luna smiled "it's peaceful and soothing " she looked up at him

Michael walks into the clearing. He starts pacing back and forth.

Amira and her black Pegasus land in the clearing and she gets off gracefully " good boy nightmare " she said her blonde hair flowing down her back soft as silk her eyes a crystal clear blue
Nightmare neighed softly his eyes red his coat and mane black as midnight
