really enjoyed chatting last night!
I'm so bummed I missed the meeting, as I really enjoyed the book and wanted to talk about it! Totally agree with your casting choice for John, Demelza!
@Tabitha maybe we can continue the discussion about this book at next book club, depending on what everyone wants to do. We had such a great time Monday, I think, because while we talked about the book, we also got onto some tangents about other books and fangirling.
Ha ha, Toby Jones as John Briscoe -- I can totally see it! Even his voice is perfect.
Isn't the next book/meeting already scheduled? I thought we picked the next two months' books at the August meeting.
